What are the requirements for Police Officer Maintenance Standards?
The F-6 Attendance Roster is the only form that will allow training to be credited to each of the required maintenance training categories. During the three-year reporting period, report training and First Aid/CPR expiration dates on an F-6 roster. Training reported on an F-6 will be entered into the officer’s record by title and course hours, and credited to the appropriate maintenance category.
