However, in case of a company retirement trust (i.e. Provident Fund Trust, Pension Fund, Gratuity fund, Super-annuation fund) the demat account will be opened in the name of the trust. • PAN copy of the Trust. • PAN coy of the Trustees, incase of an unregistered trust.
