• Completed attendance at the 3-part Training including: CCA 301, CCA 302 & CCA 303 • Satisfactory completion of CCA-302 & CCA-303 homework assignments: Written answers to questions and case studies (NOTE: May be completed after each workshop & mailed to ISHA for review), plus a simple research project to be done after the CCA-302 class. • Satisfactory written exams with a score of 80% or higher. There is a 2-hour written, open book exam at the beginning of CCA 303 and a final written, closed book exam after CCA 303.
