To receive your Brokers License you must successfully pass three, 30-hour Broker classes with a final grade of at least 75%. As a pre-requisite a student must have a current NC provisional broker license. Other than the final exam for your Broker class, there is no additional state exam. The State License Application Forms will be distributed in your Broker Class. You ARE required to pass the state exam in order to take the Broker Post-Licensing Course.
