There are three basic criteria that your computer must meet to view the training: Minimum screen resolution of 1024×768 (How to change your screen resolution) JavaScript is turned ON for your browser (How to enable JavaScript for your browser) Adobe Flash player is installed and is at least version 8 (How to install Adobe Flash) If you do not have the “rights” or are unable to install software on your computer, please contact your IT personnel and let him/her know that you need to have the most recent Flash player installed and JavaScript enabled to properly view this training.
