If the applicant’s bachelor’s degree was not awarded in Orthotics and prosthetics, certification of completion of an Orthotics or prosthetics program, as applicable, recognized by the CAAHEP. If the applicant completed a residency program certified by NCOPE, an original letter from the head of the residency program attesting to successful completion of the program.
