What are the requirements for licenses?
A. Electrical Contractor An applicant for an electrical contractor’s license shall submit to the board the following: (a) an application on a form approved by the board; and (b) proof that the applicant is a licensed master electrician or employs a licensed master electrician; and (c) if the applicant is not a master electrician, a statement from the master electrician, under oath, disclosing the master electrician’s affiliation with any other electrician electrical contractor and verifying that the master electrician is employed as the superintendent or manager of the applicant contractor.
