Members must do the following: • For Peering: • Operate Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) Version 4 (or later) or have access via an ISP that does. • Agree to Exchange policies intended to protect the reliability and performance of all participants. • Commit to maintaining their own network infrastructure at a level that enables good quality of service for end users. • Private Network connections use private VLAN.
