What are the requirements for insurance for TIB grantees?
A. District of Columbia law requires that all applicants conducting business in DC must have Liability Coverage of at least $100,000 and Bodily Injury Liability coverage written on a comprehensive policy for at least $500,000 per occurrence. In reference to automobile liability insurance, the coverage must include at least $200,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, and $20,000 for property damage. Q19.
