What are the requirements for individuals or institutions that would like to become TIELC partners?
As far as the TIELC is not a non-for-profit organization and the course maintenance and development involves financial dependency, everyone who would pledge franchising investments or sponsorship could be eligible for the statute. However, individuals who wish to have our full support in establishing their own programs, should have a substantial teaching experience and sufficient material resources for the purpose.
