What are the requirements for foreign citizens or graduates of foreign universities?
Foreign citizens may apply for a position only if you are currently authorized to work in the United States. Once you have submitted an application, a copy of your authorization to work in the United States (visa or green card) must be received by our office BEFORE we can review your application. Applicants with degrees from foreign universities must submit a completed course-by-course evaluation of their transcripts BEFORE we can review your application. This evaluation must be performed by an educational evaluation service recognized by the Maryland State Department of Education.
