What are the requirements for customs in terms of yacht transport?
It is mandatory to contact customs authorities for the port of loading and the port of unloading. Non compliance results in not being allowed to load or unload, fines or confiscation of the vessel. Individual access to the port is denied, unless you are included in the security list (US ports only). Our designated custom agents will assist you with all required formalities.
