What are the requirements for constructing a new fence or barn?
Any addition or modification to a property requires Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval. Such additions and/or modifications subject to ACC approval may include the construction of barns, fences, pools, storage buildings, gazebos and patios, to name a few, but such requirements may also apply to clearing, driveways and roads, landscaping and painting/refinishing of the exteriors of structures on an owners property. For projects not included in the original Construction Plan Review Application, the owner should submit a Plan Review Request for Additions/Modifications to the ACC. These documents are available to read and/or download on line.
