What are the requirements for becoming a Fellow?
As a prospective Fellow at Droege & Comp. or Droege & Comp. Financial Advisors you should be in the last third of your masters study program (not BA) or currently studying for a further postgraduate qualification (doctorate, MBA, postgraduate/second degree studies etc.). You should have achieved a grade of at least ‘good’ (2.5) in your pre-degree/final degree. In the course of internships, you have acquired good insight into relevant professional fields such as management consulting, corporate in-house consulting, specific industries or finance. You already have some experience of working abroad. You speak excellent English and have impressive analytical and communication abilities. You are a team player with excellent social skills.
