What are the requirements for an assignment of a license?
A- Documents required for initial approval of the amendment: 1- Original License 2- Typed Registrayion & Licensing Application Form. 3- Photocopy of buyer’s passport & UAE naturalization identification (for those without any previous licenses). B- Documents required for final amendment to the license: 1- All documents mentioned in Section A above. 2- Sale Contract duly authenticated by the Notary Public. 3- The Contract of Appointment of Local Services Agent duly authenticated by the Notary Public (for peofessional licenses of non GCC national) 4- Approval of the respective govermment authorities converning the activity ( if necessary).
