What are the requirements for admission?
Students seeking admission to Spelman must apply by the appropriate deadlines. A student applying must have completed 15 or more units in grades 9-12, at least 12 of which must be in academic subjects. Spelman is particularly interested in students who have taken the strongest academic programs in their high school. The student’s course curriculum should include institutions in the AUC.
For students whose start date is prior to July 1, 2009: For High School students: • Be classified as a high school junior or senior at the time classes begin and be currently enrolled in a high school served by Tulsa Tech District No. 18. Procedures for admission of home-schooled students may be obtained from the Director of Student Services. • Complete a Secondary Admission Application and return it to a high school counselor or Tulsa Tech representative. Application forms are available at each of the Tulsa Tech sites and local high schools. • Participate in a personal interview with a Tulsa Tech representative to determine applicant’s ability to benefit from training. Applicants for the Master of Public Administration program must satisfy all requirements for admission to the Graduate School and receive a favorable endorsement from the public administration faculty. Admissions decisions are based on undergraduate GPA, standardized examination scores (GRE, GMAT, or MAT), and additional information provided by a resume, two letters of recommendation and a personal statement of interest.
Each Grad Department has its own set of admission requirements so you should contact the Department to determine exactly what that Department requires. (Much of this information can be found in the Departmental listings on the UH Web page). – In addition to securing a sponsor you will need three letters of recommendation supporting your application to the EECB program. In addition to whatever departmental admission requirements, the EECB program requires that each applicant have an EECB faculty member as a sponsor.
1) You must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy or otherwise be eligible for licensure. 2) You will need to demonstrate your interest in and aptitude for advanced training in pharmacy. 3) Some residencies require that you be licensed to practice before you enter the program. Others will accept you while you pursue state board licensure. 4) For residencies that are combined with a graduate degree program, you must satisfy the requirements of the college of pharmacy or graduate school for admission to the advanced degree program.
