• American College Test (ACT) composite score of 16 or higher. • Basic computer skills prior to admission to the program. Requirements 5, 6 and 7 must be met by the time of enrollment in the first Occupational Therapy Assistant course. OTA Observation Verification and Recommendation Form. • Satisfactory medical examination from a physician to include specified laboratory tests, immunizations and drug screen.
