For a Type I Williamson Act contract (Vineyard or Orchard), the minimum parcel size requirement is 10 acres with a minimum income requirement of $200 gross income per acre. For a Type II Williamson Act contract (Grazing of Livestock) the minimum parcel size requirement is 40 acres with a minimum income requirement of $2,000 gross annual income and a minimum of $2.50 gross income per acre, per farm operation. For a Type II Williamson Act Contract (Open Space) the minimum parcel size requirement is 40 acres.
