What are the requirements for a member to run for Association Office?
Any member may run for office as long as he/she is a member in good standing. This entails owning property in Jourdan River Shores Subdivision and having all fees and assessments paid. • What are the setbacks as defined by the Association. All building must be single family residential built on site or true modular construction. The building must be set back 20′ from the front propery line, 10′ from the rear property line. and 5′ from each side line.
