What are the requirements for a club station license grant?
A. Section 97.5(b)(2) of the FCC Rules states that a club must have: • A name, • A document of organization, • Management, • A primary purpose devoted to amateur service activities consistent with the FCC Rules, • At least four members, • A license trustee designated by an officer of the club, and • The trustee must hold an Amateur Extra, Advanced, General, Technician Plus or Technician Class operator license grant.
