What are the required Deposits and Move-In Fees?
• A: The application fee required for all properties is a non-refundable $40.00 per applicant. • Once an application is approved there is a $50.00 Administrative Set-Up fee required for each applicant. • All of our properties where individual leases are offered require a non-refundable $150.00 per person “Express Check-Out Fee”. The “Express Check-Out Fee” will generally cover normal cleaning, touch up painting associated with moving out of the residence. • Several properties require an additional Security Deposit.
