All releases are presumed to be reportable to the Division of Oil and Public Safety unless they are known to be less than 25 gallons and can be cleaned up within 24 hours. An Initial Site Characterization Report (ISCR) must be submitted within 60 days of the release. Use the ISCR form provided by the Division of Oil and Public Safety. A Corrective Action Plan (CAP) must be submitted within 150 days of the release. For more information on these requirements, refer to the Division of Oil and Public Safety Regulations 7 CCR 1101-14 Articles IV and V.
