During the term of the grant or cooperative agreement, all HSIPR grantees must submit a complete progress report (FRA template) and financial form (SF-425) on a quarterly basis as well as a final report at the end of the period of performance in order to maintain compliance with Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) requirements. Additional information regarding FRA reporting, including a sample of the FRA progress reporting template, is forthcoming. Additionally, funding recipients under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of 2009 (ARRA) must submit the 1512(c) – Jobs Accountability Report on a quarterly basis and the 1201(c) – Periodic Report on an annual basis.
