• EPA employees report to the Primary TIM Administrator by default. • SPA Exempt employees who work in departments that do not receive special pay (i.e. holiday premium, on call, shift differential) report to the Primary TIM Administrator by default. • SPA Exempt employees who work in departments that do receive special pay, report to the person listed in their “reports to” field in HRIS.
