All self storage customers are obligated to pay a monthly rent during their stay in our facilities. The rent charges go according to the assigned rent fee, which goes according to room size, and the desired insurance policy. Upon moving in to a unit, all first time customers are charged a onetime $25.00 administration fee, plus the first months rent and insurance fee.
