Depending of the nature of IT services provided by a person, the following taxable service categories may be relevant: – Consulting engineer service means service provided by a professionally qualified engineer or any body corporate or any other firm who, either directly or indirectly, renders any advice, consultancy or technical assistance in any manner to a client in one or more disciplines of engineering excluding services provided in relation to the discipline of computer hardware engineering or computer software engineering. Management consultant service means any service provided by any person, either directly or indirectly, in connection with the management of any organization in any manner and includes any advice, consultancy or technical assistance, in relation to financial management, human resources management, marketing management, production management, logistics management, procurement and management of information technology resources or other similar areas of management
