PHIDIAS contains several integrated components. They are designed to display and analyze genome information, curated PHI data, and gene expression raw data. Please look for the PHIDIAS work flow to understand the relationship between these components. All these components (except BLAST libraries) are linked to corresponding modules in the integrated PhiDB relational database.
