What are the regulations regarding Brewery Sponsorship?
The following items containing a corporate or brand logo of a brewery may be used or displayed at a function: disposable glasses, coasters, place mats, tent cards, swizzle sticks, menu clips, napkins, drip mats, bar towels, signs (not identifying the licensee), posters, draft tap handles, speed spouts, champagne corkers, mirrors/clocks, flags/pennants/banners, inflatables, ashtrays, service trays, bottle openers, corkscrews, aprons for staff, hats for staff, special schedules on display for patrons, change trays/tab trays, patio umbrellas, t-shirts and plastic glasses.
