What are the registration rules?
Juridical persons with offices in the EU and private residents of EU member countries will be entitled to register .eu domains. The European Commission’s Regulation n. 733/2002 of 22 April 2002 fixed the categories and subjects interested in the registration of .eu domains. While the European Commission’s Regulations n.874/2994 of 28 April 2004 fixed the guidelines applicable for operating first level .eu domains and the principles related to registration.
