If you are coming to a United Shockwave Therapies Fixed Site (Park Ridge, La Grange, Hinsdale, or Tinley Park, Illinois), you will register at our front desk. The area is typically open from 6:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturdays in some locations. Hours may vary by location. Be sure to bring your: Driver’s License Insurance card List of current medications and allergies Power of Attorney documents, if applicable Medication Guidelines All medications taken while in the facility are prescribed by your doctor and administered by a nurse.
