What are the refund policies?
We certainly want you to successfully complete your courses, but should you find you must drop, please note the University of Arizona refund policies. Refer to the online schedule of refund dates for this semester which can be found on the UA Bursar’s Website or our home page under Important Dates. If your course is a late start course (meaning it did not start on the 1st day of the UA’s semester) then the refund period is 2 weeks after the 1st day of class. Refunds to credit cards will be processed within 48 business hours of drop request. Refunds by check can take up to 8 weeks for the University of Arizona to process the refund. During high volume these processing times may fluctuate. For students with employee education benefits: If your employer does not pay for your class, you will be responsible for paying all applicable tuition and fees.
