What are the red flags for mental health concerns in children?

Some children, however, have long, intense tantrums—and these intense tantrums can be cause for concern as they may indicate that a child has a mental health issue. But what is considered an intense tantrum? | Parent and advocate Linda Pearl addressed that and other questions at the recent Second Annual Baltimore County Child and Adolescent Mental Health Fair in Perry Hall.
