What are the recommended technical specifications my PC needs to run lessons?
This is what we recommend as a minimum. However, it may be possible to view the lessons with a computer that has specifications that aren’t at this level. If you have problems please check your computer by clicking on Start and then right-clicking on My Computer. Select Properties … . You’ll see the processor speed and RAM. To see the screen resolution and screen colours click on Start and then on Control Panel. Next, click on Change the screen resolution. This will display a window that shows the resolution of your computer and the screen colours. BPP does not recommend you change any of these settings without first contacting your company’s IT department if you’re using a work computer.
