For swiped & card-not-present, the order from lowest to highest fee is Debit Card, Qualified Visa & MasterCard, Mid & Non-Qualified Visa & MasterCard, Discover & Amex. The cheapest would be Direct Debit EFT. 2. Direct Debit EFT – Lowest cost and no expiration date. Like a bank check, the payment can be returned as unpaid. 3.
