Because film thickness, chemistry type, and film format will affect flow and ultimately film wet-out, it is impossible to recommend one set of general attach conditions for all films. Attach conditions must be specifically recommended for each film type and thickness. There are many options for applying pressure on a film adhesive during processing. Film adhesives can be attached with spring clamps, dead weights, vacuum bag curing, autoclave bonding, hot stage/plate press and hot roll laminating.
