That’s a PCI Express system, so you’ll want to get a new video card if you want to play anything decent. The games you listed benefit greatly from a dual-core processor. I’m guessing you have an AM2, since you said you have DDR2 RAM. So you should be able to go up to a new processor without upgrading your motherboard.
