What are the reception lobby Hours for checking in and out?

Lobby Hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and closed 12 noon to 2 pm Monday thru Thursday, 8 am to 1 pm Saturday and 1 pm to 4 pm Sunday. Check out times are 12 noon except for Sundays. Due to the safety of our staff while caring for your pets, we will not open the doors outside of these hours. Preppy Pet Suites lobby closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th July and Labor Day.
