What are the reasons that the Israeli Labor Party has become so weak?
The Israeli Labor party is so weak due to the fact that they have such weak leadership. Barak could not unite his party, many felt he did not accomplish the goals many Israelis expected during the invasion of Gaza and because of this many former Labor supporters voted for Kadema and others. The first member of Labor that has spoken out publically against Barak and has said that he wants to replace him is the former defense minister. Yes, the one who looked through his binoculars backwards! If this is what Labor is going to offer as their “new” leader, they are digging themselves a hole they will never get out. They do have talented people, they just need to clean house and do it now.
