What are the rates if I change from a Prepaid Monthly Plan to the Pay As You Go rate plan?

If you are on a Prepaid Monthly rate plan and change to the Pay As You Go rate plan your per minute rate will be no more than 15. If you were on Pay As You Go plan prior to the Prepaid Monthly rate plan and your rate was less than 15 you will be given that previous rate. If it was more than the 15 you will be given the 15 rate until you apply your next refill.
