Shorter stays e.g. 3/5 nights, are more expensive per night than weekly or longer stays due to the fixed costs of final cleaning, check-in etc. Nightly rates start to decrease for stays of 8 nights and over, with longer stays (more than 2 weeks) being even better value – for stays exceeding 2 weeks, please contact us for special rates.
