What are the qualitative and quantitative aspects of water scarcity?
well there is no water scarcity…Look around you 3/4th of the world is water…you only need technology to harness it… If you could produce enough electricity and actually start producing clean water from oceans through distillation or electrolytic diffusion water scarcity will be gone…the only point is when are we going to reach that advancement.
