• You must be a registered voter of Mercer County • REMEMBER, if you file an absentee ballot you can not vote at the polls for that election • Your ballot will be mailed on or after the 40th day prior to the election • Do not submit more than one application for the same election • You will receive instructions with your absentee ballot • Your absentee ballot must be received by the Board of Election, 640 S. Broad Street, Trenton, no later than 8:00 p.m.
