What are the qualifications of the adults caring for the childcare children?

Both my husband and I have: CPR and First Aid, TB test, Background Checks and we both do continuing education in regards to childcare (please see my qualifications question below). We also have a back-up provider, Mrs. Amy who can assist with the child care if needed. She has been ok’d by licensing and meets all above qualifications.
