What are the qualifications of HCMS teachers?
We are very serious about the quality of education we provide our students and are, likewise, very serious about the quality of our teachers. We require not only a minimum of a bachelor’s degree to be considered as an HCMS teacher, but also Montessori certification from a MACTE-accredited training program. All faculty and staff must provide references and are required to submit to criminal background checks and fingerprinting. To continue on staff, our teachers are required to complete the equivalent of 24 hours continuing education per year.
