What are the qualifications for Women of Note?
The Crain’s Cleveland Business Women of Note is truly a special section. It shines a spotlight on women who not only are leaders at their companies and organizations, but who have risen above adversity and, most importantly, the so-called “glass ceiling.” They have shown courage and perseverance. They are the women we want mentoring our daughters. We are looking for women who have interesting stories to tell — stories about the challenges they have met in their careers and personal lives. While female executives certainly are considered, nominees do not need to be executives, but women who have made a difference in Northeast Ohio, and made it a better place to live and work for all of us.
