What are the qualifications for the TTT program?
• Be honorably discharged on or after October 1, 1999, or have an approved date of retirement that is within one year after the date on which the member submits an application to participate in the program, or has completed at least 10 years total of military experience, or who was involuntarily discharged or released from active duty for purposes of reduction of force after 6 or more years of continuous active duty during the period of October 1, 1990, and ending September 30, 1999. • Have either a baccalaureate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education, or if the individual is applying for assistance for placement as a vocational teacher, must have received the equivalent of one year of college from an accredited institution of higher education and have six or more years of military experience in a vocational or technical field.
