What are the qualifications for the Health Care Heroes Awards?
We are looking for health care professionals who are successful in their field; have earned the respect of both patients and peers; and whose extraordinary efforts have brought about achievements big and small. A biography is required for each candidate along with evidence of their achievements, recognition and community involvement.
