What are the qualifications for Head Start?
To qualify for the Head Start program, your child must be age 3 or 4 (or turn 5 years old after August 1, 2009) and your family must meet the federally-mandated income guidelines. There is no longer a cut-off birth date for enrollment – children are eligible for Head Start services as soon as they turn three years old. We encourage you to contact us for more information.
