What are the pros & cons of red meat?
One thing I know is that red meat has a bit more protein in it, so that’s good. It helps build muscle if you’re working out. Depending whether or not you’re on a diet or watch what you eat, red meat does have extra calories (not too many, though) It’s the fat that is marbled in certain cuts that can increase the calorie count as well.
