What are the pros and cons of buying an older home versus a new home?
There really is no answer to that question. It is a matter of preference, how much work you want to put into the maintenance of a home and how willing you are to make necessary repairs. A newer home is going to need less initial maintenance and fewer repairs, but may not have the same ambiance or neighborhood stability as an older, more established neighborhood.
